Coats Maxx 80 Rim Clamp Tire Changer — Heavy-Duty Shop Production
The Coats Maxx 80 is a tabletop rim-clamp tire changer built for high-volume tire shops, dealerships, and service centers. With air-operated 4-clamp chucking, dual hand/foot bead-loosener control, and single-point secondary bead seating, it mounts and demounts modern low-profile and run-flat tires quickly and safely. The chassis is tested to 250,000 bead-breaking cycles for years of daily production.

- Clamping range: 6″–24″ externally (up to 6″–30″ with optional extended clamps)
- Handles big wheels: tires up to 50″ diameter and wheel widths to 22″
- Grip Max 2.0 clamps with built-in plastic protectors — no metal-to-metal contact with the rim
- Dual-mode hand/foot bead loosener for fast, controlled bead breaking
- Single-point secondary inflation with dual concentrated jets to seat stubborn beads
