Do you offer free shipping?
Select equipment ships free — look for the free shipping note on the product page. For everything else, standard shipping is $10 plus 10% of the order subtotal. Large equipment ships via LTL freight; see our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I pick up my order or get local delivery?
Yes. We’re at 3720 Leeland St in Houston, and we deliver and install throughout Greater Houston and surrounding cities within 100 miles.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — three options: Ascentium Capital for equipment financing up to $2M, ClickLease for fast approvals up to $25,000 (all credit welcome), and Affirm buy-now-pay-later at checkout. See our Financing page.
Car Lifts
How much ceiling height do I need for a 2-post lift?
Most 2-post lifts need 11–12 feet of clear ceiling height to lift a full-size vehicle. Use our Lift Calculator to check your exact garage, or call us and we’ll spec it with you.
What concrete do I need for a lift?
Most 2-post and 4-post lifts require a minimum 4-inch thick reinforced concrete slab (3,000+ PSI, cured 28 days). Requirements vary by model — we confirm before every install.
Do you install the equipment you sell?
Yes. We’re a BendPak-authorized dealer with factory-trained technicians who install, inspect, and repair lifts throughout Greater Houston — something national web-only sellers can’t offer. Request installation or service.
Are your lifts ALI certified?
We sell ALI Gold Certified lifts from BendPak and Challenger. Certification matters for insurance, inspections, and your team’s safety.
Service & Repair
Do you repair tire changers and wheel balancers?
Yes — we’re a certified COATS service provider and repair, calibrate, and supply factory parts for all COATS models, plus other major brands. Schedule a service call.

What is your return policy?
