Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, hardware, and documentation.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us before shipping anything back to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or damaged items: MTF Equipment covers return shipping.
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Heavy or oversized equipment may require freight shipping at the customer’s expense.
- Incorrect item sent: MTF Equipment covers return shipping and will ship the correct item at no charge.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Special-order and custom-configured equipment
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items missing original packaging, parts, or documentation
- Electrical components that have been connected or powered on
- Consumable items (lubricants, tire repair supplies, fluids)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Freight Shipments
For items delivered by freight carrier, inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves. Signing without noting damage limits our ability to file a freight claim on your behalf.
