MTF Equipment Sales Inc. ships quality automotive equipment across the continental United States. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rate is $10.00 plus 10% of the order subtotal. This covers packaging, handling, and ground or freight delivery depending on the size and weight of your order.
Example: An order totaling $500 would have a shipping cost of $10 + $50 = $60.
Free shipping is available on select items as noted on individual product pages.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping charges — contact us for a quote before ordering.
At this time we do not ship internationally.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Small items (parts, accessories, supplies): 3–7 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground
- Medium equipment (tire changers, wheel balancers, compressors): 5–10 business days
- Large/heavy equipment (car lifts, alignment machines): 7–14 business days via LTL freight carrier
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Special-order and oversized items may require additional lead time — we will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Freight Shipments
Large and heavy items (car lifts, four-post lifts, alignment systems) ship via LTL freight carrier. Freight deliveries are curbside to the nearest accessible point — the carrier is not responsible for moving equipment inside your facility. If you require liftgate service or inside delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange this and provide an updated shipping quote.
Important: Inspect all freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it. This is required to process a freight damage claim.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Have your order number and photos of the damage ready. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
